BEVERLY HILLS, CA ? March 13, 2013 ? (RealEstateRama) ? International real estate investment and services firm, Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: KW) (?Kennedy Wilson? or the ?Company?) today announced that it plans to sell 9,000,000 shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,350,000 additional shares. BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities and Morgan Stanley will act as joint book-running managers of the offering.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including future acquisitions and co-investments, and to repay the $35.0 million outstanding balance under its unsecured revolving credit facility.
